The Florida Department of Health in Brevard has issued a rabies alert after a stray cat tested positive for the fatal disease Thursday, 1/17 in the Friday Road & Fern Meadows area in Cocoa and a stray kitten tested positive on Monday, 1/28 near Industry Drive in Melbourne. PLEASE NOTE:

  • This online adoption application is for your convenience only, and does not guarantee that the animal of your choice will be available for adoption. You must still come to our Adoption Center where you will be interviewed by our staff for approval to adopt.
  • You must be at least 18 years old in order to adopt one of our animals.
  • Breed requests will not be honored over the Internet. We update our pages as soon as possible where all breeds will be available for public view.
  • The adoption form must be filled out in its entirety. We receive many online applications and appreciate you taking the time to fill one out.  Unfortunately, we are unable to process your adoption application if all of the required information is not provided to us and we will not respond to those who submit incomplete application forms.
