All animals on Brevard Humane Society’s “Adopt a Pet” pages are available for adoption at the time of posting. They may already have a new home by the time you come to the shelter to adopt them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please remember we have many more pets that need caring and loving “furever” homes!
The animals in our care are given up-to-date vaccines and are dewormed upon intake. Adult dogs are given heartworm tests and have been spayed/neutered. Cats are tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS and are spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
If you see an animal you want to adopt, please come prepared by completing and printing the Brevard Humane Society’s Adoption Application.
**Please note: If you have questions about one of our adoptable animals, please call (321) 636-3343 ext. 201, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

At the time of adoptions, an additional $10.00 per cat/dog is collected for tag license fees required by the Brevard County Animal Control Services, plus a $2.00 handling fee. A $15.00 fee is also collected, if we have administered a rabies vaccine to the animal.
We accept cash payments, debit cards and credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover & American Express).
You can report a lost pet by contacting the Brevard Humane Society at (321) 636-3343 ext. 201 or visit Brevard Lost Pets.
