BREVARD HUMANE SOCIETY SEEKS MODELS WHO WILL PUT THEIR BEST “PAW” FORWARD FOR CHARITY

Fashion is not always just about good looks, sometimes it can be used to spotlight important causes. For the fourth consecutive year, the Brevard Humane Society will hold its annual “Paws on the Catwalk” Fashion Show and they are enabling community leaders an opportunity to walk the runway.

“The Brevard Humane Society is appealing to our local community to help assist us with our ‘Adopt. Don’t Shop’ lifesaving initiative” said Theresa Clifton, Executive Director of Brevard Humane Society. “We are not seeking models with a specific ‘look’, but rather those with caring hearts. We know that true beauty comes from within just as it does with the animals we love.”

The “Paws on the Catwalk” Fashion show, sponsored by Omni Healthcare, will be held from 10 am to 2 pm Saturday, May 19th at the Melbourne Hilton Rialto and will feature approximately 20 models wearing designs from Tallulah 9 and Michael’s Men’s Store. Currently, the Brevard Humane Society is seeking 8 to 10 models of all ages, male and female, to star in the show and become the face of change.

The Brevard Humane Society’s high-energy fashion show will include lunch, live entertainment, local vendors, a silent auction, and a runway contest. Plus, the first 100 guests will receive “doggie bags” full of treats and giveaways suitable for humans.

Admission to the luncheon/fashion show is just $30 and tickets may be purchased directly from any of the Brevard Humane Society’s Molly Mutt Thrift Store Locations, their Adoption Centers in Merritt Island and Cocoa, or online at www.brevardhumanesociety.org/event/paws-on-the-catwalk-2018/.
