Sammie the Chiweenie prepares to compete on the waves, and eventually win the event. The 12th Annual East Coast Dog Surfing Festival at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach, held Easter Sunday. In addition to dog surfing, the Brevard Humane Society hosted event included, a dog bikini contest, surfing lessons, a Honda HR-V raffle, and more.
